About the Firm
Built to Fight for Property Owners.
The Firm
Our Story
Gruchow Duke was established in Las Vegas with a singular focus: protecting the property rights of homeowners, investors, and businesses throughout Nevada. From the beginning, the firm has concentrated exclusively on property law — real estate transactions and disputes, eminent domain defense, and HOA matters.
That focus is deliberate. Property law in Nevada is complex, and the stakes are high. When a government agency undervalues your land, when an HOA records an unlawful lien, or when a real estate transaction goes sideways, you need attorneys who have seen it before — and know exactly what to do.
Over the years, Gruchow Duke has grown into one of Nevada's most respected property rights firms, with a track record of successful outcomes in cases ranging from routine closings to high-stakes eminent domain trials. Our clients include individual homeowners, commercial developers, real estate investors, and businesses of every size.
